Xander is a 2x Professional Lacrosse league (PLL) All-Star and 2025 PLL Champion who plays attackman for the New York Atlas.

Xander is a 2025 PLL Champion, having scored the Atlas' opening goal in the championship game before suffering an injury - and still inspiring his team to victory from the locker room.

As a two-time PLL All-Star (2023 & 2024) and Virginia's first-ever 60-goal scorer in a single season (2023), Xander cemented his reputation as one of the most elite attackmen developed by the UVA program.

11th overall pick in the 2023 PLL college draft, Xander was 2nd in the ACC and 4th nationally in points per game (5.29).

In May of 2021, UVA Men's Lacrosse wins its 2nd consecutive national championship on Monday, making it their 6th NCAA title, tying No.3 in all-time NCAA title wins.

The XD10

Mentality

Growing up in Greenwich, Connecticut, Xander was constantly told that his town produced soft players. He used that as fuel. At UVA, he arrived with no guaranteed role — watching teammates take the positions he'd trained for his whole life. Instead of forcing it, he rebuilt his game entirely, mastering a position most coaches had already written off.

That chip on his shoulder followed him to the PLL. In the 2025 Championship game, Xander scored the opening goal before suffering a serious leg injury and being carried off on a stretcher. At halftime, still in the locker room, he told his teammates: “Go get this thing.” They did.

That's what XD10 is built on — not shortcuts, not shortcuts, not spotlight moments. Just the work that happens when nobody's watching.

I didn't build XD10 to run another camp. I built it because I wish I'd had something like this growing up — a place where someone who had actually done it could sit down with you, break down your game, and tell you the truth. That's what this is.
